I need help to recover my money from 22bet which deposited on 29 November 2021 the money was debited from bank account,but up did not reflect on my betting account, tried to contact the support 22bet they only replied to me once and that was on the first of December that they working on my case from there I never heard from them again and live chat is not replying to my chat , please I need your help thanks all other personal information are in the attached file

I'm yet to receive any updates from 22bet for almost a month now, I don't really understand why they are withholding my money, after many attempt to contact them. I'm based in Germany and I will appreciate if ask gambler give me further information to retrieve my money because by now I'm convinced that they want to keep the money
