Hello. I made a deposit via Skrill, at 22bet casino but never received it. The money has gone from my Skrill account. I talked with both support several times, but no success to get back my money :(

4000 Huf deposit made on Dec 22, 17:16. I attached screenshots too. Please could you help me to get my deposit done, or refund? Thank You!

Please note that the case was created on 4 January 2022, where the player claims a problem with a deposit for December 2022. This may have misled everyone as this deposit can only be 22.12.21 We see in the system the deposit he made on 22 December 2021 at 19:15:26 (UTC+3) provided Hungary uses GMT+1 which means 22 December 2021 at 17:15:26. This is consistent with the date and deposit amount. We can also see that for some reason this deposit was delayed on 12 January 2022 at 18:10:29, which was the reason for the player's complaint. However, it should be noted that this deposit was successfully made and credited to the balance.
