I have deposited the fund of Rs 39999.38 via Paytm UPI on 22Bet payment associate on 07 February, 2025 at 11.38 PM IST against the UTR NUMBER: 503877747810. My bank also confirmed that the fund has successfully transferred to the associate account. But the betting site is saying that they haven't received the fund and still not credited in my betting account.

I have contacted the 22Bet Customer Support Team and following up with them on every alternate day since my deposit. They are saying that they haven't received the fund. But as per the statement from my bank the fund was successfully transferred to account of payment associate of 22Bet.
The fund was transferred on 07/02/2025 at 11.38 PM IST of Rs 39999.38 and the UTR number is 503877747810.
