It's been more than 72 hours, and 22Bet is still refusing to allow me to make withdrawals of my funds for no reason.
Every time I open the withdrawal page from the app, I get this message: "Authentication error."
I tried to contact customer support; they told me that there are no withdrawals allowed in my location right now, even though the deposit is totally working. I contacted my neighbor, the one who suggested I use their site for gambling; he told me he has no problems with the withdrawals, and I saw it with my own eyes, so why am I the only one who can't make withdrawals in my location? I mean, that's an absolute violation of my rights. The last time I contacted customer support, I begged them to just give me my deposit, and I don't want my winnings (around 100 EUR), and they gave me the same meaningless answer. I tried to contact the support team by email, and they asked me to verify that I'm the holder of this account, and after all the pictures of my ID I gave them and the whole process of delayed responses, my account finally got verified, and they gave the same answer that I can't make withdrawals from my account right now.
ASKGAMBALERS Team, please help me to fix my problem. I really need the money urgently.

Now you're saying a different story. When I contacted the support team on their email before two days they told me "There are no available withdrawal methods for your location."
Yesterday my friend bought a new phone and I logged in my account around 09:15 PM (Jordan time) in his phone and I thought it will be a different story as you told me and guess what it's the same thing "authorization error"
And before 10 minutes i contacted the support team in the chat and they told me this "Dear user, unfortunately, the issue is not resolved yet. We kindly ask you to wait while it is being resolved. We apologize for the possible inconvenience. Our specialists are working on the issue."
I don't get it why do this to me, I know it's not that amount of money for you but for me it's really everything I own
I need real solution right now because I have to get the money as soon as possible, and please don't tell me to try to login from different device because i tried to login from 4 phones and two laptops and it's the same problem.

I did a deep investigation into that to find out if you're lying to me or not about that matter.
And unfortunately for you, I found a group on "What's app" for all the gamblers in Jordan and most of them use your site and I asked if they have any problems on the withdrawal side and none of them answered me and told me that they have any issues on that side. It's completely working for them.
And after that, I showed them my problem. All of them replied almost the same thing.
They reply that they have never seen this problem before and all I have to do is just talk to the customer support, and they'll fix my problem and 22 bet is not a scam site.
And that just makes me laugh. I mean, I've been messaging the customer support for more than 14 days, and they always gave me the same empty answers as the ones you gave me here.
I don't understand. All of them told me on WhatsApp that they're a good site and not scammers, so why are you doing this to me, why are you scamming me? I swear to god that the only money I have right now is just the "167 JD" in my 22 bet account.
It's been more than 14 days. Please help me to fix my problem as soon as possible, because I'm really broke right now, and believe me, there's no better time to give me my money back than this time, I'm begging you please help me.
