I have been trying to validate my email address since I opened my account. I have tried aprox 10 times via dropdown box on the site. I have tried via live chat on 4 different days and either way the code does not come through to my email address.
I have used this email address for over 20 years and have not had any problems.
Yesterday live chat said clear history on computer then use drop box but there is no longer a drop box for me to use.
I got back to live chat and I was given an email address to contact them about the issue but with no time frame of when I will hear back.
