Withdrawal of £11,400 being held for well over a week
Withdrawal for approx. £11,400 submitted on 01/07 - throughout week, after chasing NetBet constantly, I was told I need to provide proof of source of income. I immediately sent a payslip to wait a number of days, constantly on the phone to customer service, to eventually be told on 06/07 that my withdrawal is now being processed and will be with me in a maximum of 48 hours. It is now 09/07 and I have still not received my money. These are quite clearly stalling tactics, I have provided everything requested and my withdrawal is still being delayed over a week later. NetBet could not have a worse customer team - they are impossible to get into contact with and are not helpful at all. There is no reason why I should not have the money yet, even NetBet have "confirmed" withdrawal has been sent - currently, they have quite clearly stolen my money.
