Casino 770 forfeited my winning of 1000 GBP due to I created multiple account but they also forfeited my 30GBP that I deposited to activate my withdrawal.I think it's not fair coz I can't withdrawal my winning but I have every rights to get back my money which I deposited. How can they not refund the 30GBP whcih they requested to activate my withdrawal? The email reply given as above.Kindly help me to resolve this issue as I just wanna get back my 30GBP only....& I can't see why this 30GBP looks like a big doughnut to them & still they want to cheat my money.Hope you will help.
