Still trying to avoid letting me withdraw my funds

Netbet sports betting Casino still haven’t accepted my withdrawal even after submitting my withdrawal request 6 days ago and counting now. I simply can’t understand how a ‘business’ who advertise offering a certain service cant abide by their own policies, I called up and was told my request would take no longer than 3 days and it has been 6 now and personally I find it awful the way thing work within this company. I submitted my withdrawal request and I was then asked for a copy of the back and front of the card I used to deposit initially, after doing so I was given no response only an automated reply via email which you can understand isn’t the most helpful.. I still have a pending withdrawal of £207.50 and I want my money because I work hard for my money everyday and I don’t think it’s fair for this to happen, illegal if anything to be honest and I don’t think I am exaggerating especially after seeing all of the other complaints they must have some sort of money issues maybe I’m not sure but I would just like this situation to be sorted so I can have my funds and be done with them for good.

So I was replied to by a member of staff called Cristopher who has told me to send a copy of the back and front of my card to prove that it isn’t any type of fraud yet they already asked me for this and I sent it and now I’ve sent it again which is the 2nd time now so it’s clearly blatant that they are trying to stall giving back users their funds and now I haven’t even received a reply from them. Appalling.
