Won’t payback money and closed account

Hi there, I recently joined netbet casino to have a go on the slots. I’d been doing ok elsewhere so was feeling lucky. Unfortunately I lost a lot more than I normally do so I decided to cut my losses and withdraw £210 which was only about half the money I’d wagered. I then changed my deposit limit as I didn’t want to be stupid and lose more. After doing this almost immediately I got an email saying that I hadn’t verified my age and that they had frozen my account. I’ve since sent in a pic of my driving license but heard nothing back from them. I emailed them again yesterday but no response. I’ve tried logging on to the website which now says I’m banned. All I want is the £210 I’m owed. They would have still made over £200 from me.
