Verification after withdrawal request
Requested withdrawal over a week ago, been through lots of verification checks, photo of back and front of card, bank statements, utility bills, passport and they now have told me they have everything they need in terms of documents.. i then responded and asked when my withdrawal would be processed. It was only then that I was told I would then need further checks via telephone which would be completed the same day 24. 3 days later I still haven’t received a call and they are not responding to my calls. I followed this up with another email to be told that they need to verify me over the phone and someone will call with no time frame. I am now away on holiday in the USA so I am unable to log in to my account.(due to geographical restrictions set by netbet) I can still take calls in order to complete the process. Although I have already spoken to someone at netbet recently on the phone you continue to ask for more and more info which I am happy to give! But would like to see an end to this process so that I can feel comfortable continuing to use the site and withdraw freely
