Stalling on account verification and payment

Dear askgamblers Team,

Ive played at Netbet casino on 09 of march 2019 with an deposit of 700€ in total. ( 7x100€ deposit )

Ive won 1000€ in total and made an withdrawal of 1000€ at the same day.

At the 11 of march 2019 Netbet has send me an mail that i have to verificate my account. Ive send them all documents instantly. ( Pass ID, bank account lists, and invoices ).

By the way: Today is the 21 of march and i still have no confirmation for the verfiication.

Ive contacted the support again on 14 of march and asked about the verficiation and when im supposed to receive my win. An employee respond, that all my deposits are not locatef in their bank account and i have to send them copies as well to verificate.

I said ok no problem and have send them copies from my bank account of all deposits. There you can see that all deposits made with „trustly“ are confirmed.

Because of no answer i have contacted them again to ask whats the status. They answered me yesterday, that they still didnt received any of my deposit and i have to be happy that they not erase my win because of the deposit thing.

Sorry guys i have no sense of humor in this case. All deposits have been charged to my bank account und i have send them all that stuff from my bank to see that.

I need you guys to help fix this Issue.

Upon checking your case, I can see that all your withdrawals were validated, the first one on 21st March and the second one on 24th March.

Can you please confirm those have been received?
