Giving me a hard time with my £300 withdrawal

I deposited at this casino several times - and decided the games were awful and wanted to withdraw my £300 (which is way less than what I deposited) I was asked to provide passport and bank statement and a selfie with the passport..

I have provided a photo of my passport and bank statement. But as I am in tier 4 and unwell and isolating with my girlfriend I cannot provide the selfie as I don’t have any ID with me.

I spoke to several people on chat and they said we should be able to bypass this step.

I have now waited over 10 days- no reply. I have closed my account and I just want my withdrawal. I was told I need to have a short phone call with netbet and they’ll be able to process it. I’ve been waiting for this phone call - and haven’t received it.

No other casino I’ve used put up such a fight to receive your withdrawal. But yet don’t ask for any documents before you deposit?
