Vegasino Casino - Delayed withdrawal with changing explanations and no proof of payment

I requested a withdrawal of €500 on 22 January 2026 via bank transfer to Revolut.

My total winnings on the account are approximately €3,000, and I have only requested one withdrawal so far, starting with a partial amount to test the payment process.

The withdrawal has remained under “Under review” for several days with no progress or clear explanation.

My original deposits were made using Apple Pay. Before requesting the withdrawal, I specifically confirmed with casino support that withdrawing via bank transfer to Revolut was possible and approved. The operators explicitly confirmed that this payment method was acceptable.

The casino support has provided inconsistent and vague responses. Initially, they claimed the delay was caused by my bank. After I contacted Revolut and received official confirmation that no transfer has been initiated or is pending on their side, the casino changed their explanation to internal processing delays and high transaction volume.

I repeatedly requested concrete proof that the withdrawal was processed, such as a transaction reference number, sending date, or confirmation of transfer. The casino has failed to provide any such evidence.

Regarding verification, I explicitly asked whether any documents or KYC verification were required to proceed with the withdrawal. The support team stated that no verification is currently needed and that they would contact me if anything became necessary. To this day, no verification has been requested.

My deposits were accepted instantly without any issues.

Despite multiple escalations to the financial department promised by live chat agents, there has been no progress on my withdrawal.

I believe the casino is deliberately delaying the payment without transparency or a valid justification.

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue and ensure my withdrawal is processed or proper proof of payment is provided.

Vegasino Casino - Account closure and non payment of money

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm contacting your services because I'm having trouble getting a response from VEGASINO.

I have made several deposits on the casino website. I won several bets. The win/loss balance is unfavorable to the casino.

Following the last win 1396.00€, I made a bet of 96.00€ (sports) and made a release of 500.00€ (because the site limits to 500.00€ / days). When I wanted to know the result of my last bet of 96.00€ (sports), I realized that access to the site was impossible.

In fact, a message told me “the account is being verified”.

I then contacted customer service by chat, which informed me that the blocking was due to a wrong identifier. We reset the account. Despite this, access remains impossible. After several more chat exchanges with an advisor, I learn that the account has been suspended for administrative reasons. However, I haven't received any information (e-mail). I still sent my identity card and proof of address.

In the meantime, I did receive an e-mail from the support department informing me that the account had been permanently deleted by the administration. This reply did not explain why.

The problem is that I don't know the outcome of my last bet. In addition, it's impossible for me to log in and withdraw my money. And I have no response from customer service or complaints.

The agents I speak to by chat are not authorized to enter withdrawals and keep suggesting that I write to the email address. (email to which I receive no reply).

They have a couple of decent slots. Other than that there is not much positive to say. I just have this text to fill in the 150 characters needed to post this.

It's been 11 days with a "pending" withdrawal. All the answers in the "live chat" seem AI-generated and are not helping at all. It's all false promises and "we are so sorry, it's been sent to the finance department", it's like a never-ending loop. When trying to send an email, at least the answers seem like they come from an actual human, but its the same here. Just an endless loop. I ask if they need any documents for the KYC, or if anything is wrong. But they say now, I just have to wait.

It is 2025, and 99% of decent online casinos can do the withdrawal within the first 24-48 hours. Within 5 minutes, when you are already verified.

I like the layout and the bonus crab thing is also ok. The selection of games looks solid. Sadly they don‘t have all new slots of the provider they offer.

I don‘t trust the philippine license at all. Also the customer service is not really responsive and the withdrawal limits are low. There is quite some potential for improvement.

I love how this casino supports multiple languages and a 24/7 live chat. it's also a great crypto casino with plenty of coins to use. But what I truly like about it is the variety of games I can play and most of them are from my favorite casino game developers.

As much as I adore Vegasino casino, I'm a bit disappointed that it has low daily withdrawal limits, some of its live chat agents also instruct me to email the casino for my concerns. I think they were just lazy to help me with my issues.
