Unique Casino refused to process full balance due to gambling issue now attempting theft of remaining balance

On June 17th I requested my account closed and full balance sent to my skrill account due to severe gambling issues.

The casino refused to send the full amount and said they would instead let me withdraw 500 euros week. I agreed. They locked deposits on my account but still allowed me to play if I wanted to (warning sign). *Note the email sent on the 20/06 the agent specifically states they will refund the remaining balance!

Each withdrawal took 10 days to process and then I was not allowed to request a new withdrawal for 7 working days. Meaning I have only managed 1 withdrawal per month.

My recent withdrawal of 500 euro took long than the 10 days. When I emailed to check I was told I had reached max cash out and could not request anymore (see evidence). I explained the term they refer to says this is only applicable if lifetime deposits are 500 euros. Mine have been 600 euros.

When I conveyed this to the support they said my last 50 euro deposit did not count and the winnings are from my deposit of 250 euros. I think at this point the agents maths had gone wrong and they thought they had caught me out as they thought 300 euro plus 250 euro equalled 450 euro. It equals 550. When I responded and said the 250 euro deposit put my lifetime deposits to 550 euros they stopped responding. My ticket has been closed and my account has now been blocked as I stated I would be contacting you.

Unfortunately it appears the casino is simply attempting theft and also operates with no license.

All evidence has been attached or emailed to askgamblers.

There is 1500 euro left in the account

Awful casino for those who may have a gambling issue. They simply don't care,won't close your account, will give a bonus if you stay one more month and of course you will deposit again and again. The managers tend to disappear whenever you have a withdrawal request. Please stay away as far as you can.

Nothing to like, nothing at all, registered today and had a bad experience... I wish I never found this casino. Many out there, and God bless AskGamblers which helps us to find the good one. This is not the one.

Guys stay away from here, I just registered today even tho I read bad comments about it, gone on chat, to ask few questions about verification how long it usually takes, costumer support is asking me to upload credit card to process payout... I'm telling him I'm not here for payout, and did he read what I wrote, he keeps saying yes we need this credit card please upload photo to process payment, I don't know about which payment he was talking about but maybe he was drunk. After million times repeating I'm not requesting any payout he keeps repeating that they need card to process payout... Such a lame support like I spoke with Bot, that was enough to see what kind of Casino they are.

Few days ago was the second time i play here. Just like before the experience is very bad. Not recommending them. The only good is that they are one of the most safe casinos in my country but there are many more like them now so they should wake up.

Less games than the other casinos and a lot of bugs. Games disconnects you and there are a lot of errors while playing there. I got disconnected a lot and the support is quite bad.
No support at all to be honest. Every time i report a issue they don't believe me stating that all is good on their side and it's me who is wrong. I don't want to do screenshots to prove what I say! I value my time so I stop playing in casinos that have such issues.

unfortunately there is nothing that i liked about this site. I put what i think about this online casino below and why i think how i think about them.

What I noticed is that unfortunately they do not have the Swedish license. But I, as a Swedish, could still deposit money there and play. Unfortunately, this is nothing that I would recommend to any Swedish to do is play without the Swedish license.

Their live support took a very long time to respond and was really unpleasant. Didn't give any help and just wanted to get rid of me. So I couldn't expect any help from them. When I asked about the Swedish license I unfortunately received no answer either.

The withdrawal time and the verification of documents time takes very long. It's absurd that in 2019 this takes multiple days. I have played at lots of casino's and after sending documents it's usually approved within a few hours. Also withdrawing should not take multiple days. It seems like they want to keep your money pending for 4+ days in the hope you play with it again and lose it all. I am not quite sure about this casino.

I confirmed all my documents which took multiple days to process and had to resend documents again because apparently they were not readable? yeah.. right!..
Anyhow, They say once all documents are received that they process all withdrawals within 24hrs, A BIG LIE.
I tried to withdraw my money and live chat kept saying how soon it would be.. I waited 72hrs after all my documents were confirmed for withdrawal and it still said pending (btw live chat is not 24/7 like stated online).

As a gambler I gambled back away after that, yeah you never should but to have to wait over 3x the 'said' period just for withdrawal is awful and with reviews I've seen I probably never would have got my money. Never have I played at a casino with such awful withdrawals and Processing times. I will not play here again.

Live chat lied about withdrawal periods and act all nice knowing there just going to leave the withdrawal pending for god knows how long to give you temptation and scam you.

Played at over a dozen casinos and never had any problems like this. Do not deposit here.

I would also like to note that I have seen reviews on this thread give the same reviews 'word for word' on other websites, clearly trying to give themselves a better name.

The customer support was helpful and friendly and they have a nice variety of games.

Not the best withdraw time-frame, since they only have wire transfer, but not the worst as well.

Very bad customers service- They don't know how to help you sometimes in live-chat.
- Too long to answer your emails.
- A lot of errors while you play.
- Deposit errors.
- Never give cashback as they say.
- You have to wait a long time to see your withdraw approved.

To sum things up I like Unique casino. Probably because I won a little which always helps....
It actually didn't start well for me cause I played Chicago Gangsters by Playson (beautiful game) . I love it but only lost money... Then I switched to Mystic Wolf. I don't know why but I always had more luck with Rival games. in the end I won 300 on a 500 euros down. My money is still there so I hope they wont spoil my experience when I will withdraw it eventually. nothing really bad to say. I do however thing that their landing page could be a lot more professional

Here's the thing. I don't have much to dislike about unique but why can't they have a better landing page? Maybe players in belgium see different homepage but if that's the case it's really easy to improve.
