The reason I am giving 8 stars, which is a lot, is because, except for the negatives listed below, communication was fast, accurate, email support is helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. Also, once all the docs were verified, it took only 12 h to approve my withdrawal. Another plus is the extended range and variety of games

Chat support is extremely slow, lacks of knowledge, and cannot help with most things. Docs verification takes ages if support is not contacted by email. Also, what is mentioned only in the t&c, but you will not find while depositing or any trace of this in your account, every deposit ( no bonuses) must be rolled over 3 TIMES. And you can only get info about how this is progressing via chat, which again is A PAIN.

It started off very promising and the out lay and game selection is really pleasing. I have successfully verified and have since had all my deposit go through with an issue, Since that i have withdrew a little amount, followed KYC and completed the necessary. Yet 5 Days in I'm still pending.

I have made a deposit with a bonus. That bonus said that the maximum cashout was of 5 times the deposit which was of 40$. It gives 200$. I was at 325,90$ when I wager. But they don't have applied instantly the max cashout of 200$. Then I continued to play and I won more. I reach 500$ and ask a widraw. But now instead of canceling 125,90$ to make my amount of 200$ winning at the moment that I finished the wager, they took all my winnings made with real funds! So they took 300$ instead of 125$ that they should apply at the moment that the wager had finished...
I am really angry about that. This is the first time that I have seen that and it's been à long time since I played at à lot of casinos.

I won a few times, only the first withdrawal was pending a few days because of account verification. But after that it lasted literally few minutes for money to be on my account.

Trino Casino: The Mental Casino Tango

During my time in this casino, Don Corleone "made me an offer I couldn't refuse", a juicy 300% match bonus. With visions of riches dancing in my head step for step, I deposited $40 via Interac to claim my $120 bonus balance. Little did I know, I'd have to do the casino tango to activate it.

With my proxy fired up, I hit the Crazy Time live game show and let the chips fall where they may. Lady Luck was on my side as I racked up $301 in winnings, easily without activating my bonus. The withdrawal process was a bit of a tango itself.....automatic verification, then manual review and finally emails going through the KYC department that took a few days. But the Trino pit bosses came through in the end.

All in all, a 7.5/10 experience. Verification had to go through an automated process of sending files, a selfie and other relevant documents. After the sent documents KYC emails me for additional documents pertaining to my bank account for faster delivery of the payout, proof of address and ownership which at the time was weird to me because my deposit was via Interac. All that would require of me would be an email but I suppose they need to do these background checks in order to validate who I say I am.

The worst experience I've had was asking for a game log as the Pragmatic Play slots like Zeus vs Hades Gods of War were down for replays (I blame Jelena lol because she works there) when I checked the "game history" I had to make sure I take my screenshot of a specific win as I needed it for a contest on AG. There was only a list of a few IDs shown which the specific one I needed were already overwritten so by that make sure to take it at the time before it's too late, I found out a few hours later unfortunately.

It's a tedious process to repetitively do it more than a couple of times without finding a resolution. Near the end where there were still 258 entries the game history would end somewhere on that point which added more frustration on my part. I didn't give up!

Finally, on June 12 support provided me the game ID necessary to post in my forum. If I hadn't received my game log in time that "British charmer" that resides in AG may "knock out" my 652.5x win out of the ring due to the 48hr time frame for screenshots. I hope that game ID and any evidence placed will be enough to prove my legitimacy!

Trino paid my cash out very quickly however it was for another following up on support! 🤣
