I won a few times, only the first withdrawal was pending a few days because of account verification. But after that it lasted literally few minutes for money to be on my account.
This is because I chose withdrawal on my e-wallet. If you choose money to be sent on your bank account it says that it usually takes up to 5 business days.

So lets get started, there was instantly problems with deposits, money did not come to your account but went from your bank account. Second half of the games does not work and first site did not work on chrome. Third, withdrawing money, i did every step they asked for verification, but then they asked more of my information, i did that too but then they are asking more and more and more, and they do not accept my verifications, they just instantly send same mass email to verify my bank info, even when i have done it already 4 time, 4 TIMES. I hardly suggest not to play on this casino. I have been trying to get my money 2 weeks now. Might be scam site who knows.

During my time in this casino, Don Corleone "made me an offer I couldn't refuse", a juicy 300% match bonus. With visions of riches dancing in my head step for step, I deposited $40 via Interac to claim my $120 bonus balance. Little did I know, I'd have to do the casino tango to activate it.

I played through my cash balance first, racking up some nice couple of wins on the slots. I realized I can play the cash balance and the bonus balance separately and so I begun to play out my deposit first to see what fate arises from my gameplay.

Thankfully, Trino has a live chat team staffed by absolute dolls like Arina. On June 9th, she let me in on a little secret, "you can play through the wagering requirements using a VPN or proxy"! The casino's cool with it, unlike that mean old Principal Wagsworth from my past. Think of the male version of Miss Trunchbull from Matilda crossed with professor Snape in Harry Potter wearing a hat.

With my proxy fired up, I hit the Crazy Time live game show and let the chips fall where they may. Lady Luck was on my side as I racked up $301 in winnings, easily without activating my bonus. The withdrawal process was a bit of a tango itself.....automatic verification, then manual review and finally emails going through the KYC department that took a few days. But the Trino pit bosses came through in the end.

All in all, a 7.5/10 experience. The bonus hoops weren't a hassle as I didn't rely on going through that path but the game variety, proxy option, and solid payouts make Trino one of the slicker operations around. I try not to refuse any more offers from Don Corleone...if I do I'll probably still finding horse heads in my bed. 😬

Verification had to go through an automated process of sending files, a selfie and other relevant documents. After the sent documents KYC emails me for additional documents pertaining to my bank account for faster delivery of the payout, proof of address and ownership which at the time was weird to me because my deposit was via Interac. All that would require of me would be an email but I suppose they need to do these background checks in order to validate who I say I am.

The worst experience I've had was asking for a game log as the Pragmatic Play slots like Zeus vs Hades Gods of War were down for replays (I blame Jelena lol because she works there) when I checked the "game history" I had to make sure I take my screenshot of a specific win as I needed it for a contest on AG. There was only a list of a few IDs shown which the specific one I needed were already overwritten so by that make sure to take it at the time before it's too late, I found out a few hours later unfortunately.

After much email communications with support it felt like it was a different person each time I contacted them causing confusion and delays that disallowed me to resolve my game log issue by stating the obvious. "Check the game history of the slot as well as the casino game history". At a cycle going on like this I needed a drink!

I tried many options to obtain my game log for my forum however their "casino game history" is quite messy! I'd have to search from oldest to latest on Trino while waiting for the next day in order to have the game history of the previous day be listed, sometimes it's not even there after much patience. They need to have a tab that can filter searches that will show "latest to oldest" on their next casino update!

It's a tedious process to repetitively do it more than a couple of times without finding a resolution. Scrolling down and then "show more" which revealed 8-10 entries each then repetitively doing it over. Near the end where there were still 258 entries the game history would end somewhere on that point which added more frustration on my part. I didn't give up!

Finally, on June 12 support provided me the game ID necessary to post in my forum. If I hadn't received my game log in time that "British charmer" that resides in AG may "knock out" my 652.5x win out of the ring due to the 48hr time frame for screenshots. I hope that game ID and any evidence placed will be enough to prove my legitimacy!

Trino paid my cash out very quickly however it was for another following up on support! 🤣
