I asked them to close my account. Since then they've taken over £30 from my account for 'non GBP transactions'
Every deposit I made was in GBP. It also doesn't say anywhere that you'll be charged for depositing. I've emailed twice and been ignored when asking for it to be refunded. It's theft as far as I'm concerned.

Unless u deposit €200 u can only withdraw 10x your deposit. And any bet that matches or exceeds 30% of your deposit will void any winnings. I learnt this the hard way deposited €40 managed a huge €15000 win but ended up with my €40 back. Avoid at all costs people!!

I requested a self exclusion via live chat and was firstly told to contact support email, I emailed with them but had no response. 2 days later went back on live chat and requested a permanent self exclusion, it appeared to be done ( despite being told the first time that it couldn't be done on chat, after been quizzed about why I wanted to enter the exclusion and with no gamestop info or advice it was very very quickly ( usually some forms ect need to be filled out, so usually a few minutes at least) " excluded.
I felt that unsure that I then asked " can I reopen account" to be told i could if i emailed support ,I really feel this site should not be allowed to operate in the UK if it cant get important things like a self exclusion correct

The 300% bonus you get on your first deposit is good.
