After initially using the site, I informed them I had a gambling issue and requested to self exclude. This was ignored and then I got lured back in by free bonus money.
Then I ended up spending more than I can afford again. This happened again, with free bonus money added.
Shockingly, when I emailed them about this I received no response at all and the account was still open.
I cannot believe that they show such disregard for those that tell them they have a problem with gambling and wish to self exclude.

Nothing about this casino is good below are list of negative factors. Poor selection of slots, links on the site do not take you to he correct location, customer chat can not deal with issues which will result in you taking money from your account, no phone numbers to phone, emails are not answered in an appropriate time frame.

As above also I would like to add that this casino uses popular scamming methods. I'll expand if you get a scamming email and click onto a link it will not take you to your desired location as its sole purpose is to get your money. I clicked on nearlly every link and they all took me to the slots and not their intended location.

Nothing the casino is a disgrace. There is no good thing to say about this casino. It’s has no positive aspects and treats it’s customers disgusting. Avoid this casino at all costs. There is no customer service and you can’t even close your account. I have an open complaint with them

There is very few games you can play. They give you bonuses you don’t want and can’t withdraw until you’ve played through a 40x wagering requirement and then when you do play through the requirement and actually manage to win something they void your withdrawal and say it’s been because of ‘irregular play’ even though you read the terms and conditions thoroughly. I just missed some of the new games. When you play with bonus money you can only play at like 5% of the slots on the site. And those slots are really bad.

I requested a self exclusion via live chat and was firstly told to contact support email, I emailed with them but had no response. 2 days later went back on live chat and requested a permanent self exclusion, it appeared to be done ( despite being told the first time that it couldn't be done on chat, after been quizzed about why I wanted to enter the exclusion and with no gamestop info or advice it was very very quickly ( usually some forms ect need to be filled out, so usually a few minutes at least) " excluded.
