After playing there and winning quite a good sum of 1500 euro I decided to withdraw 1200 euro. This is where my problems started. It took me 4 days to make a successful withdrawal because of verification problems apparently, but I would personally call it stalling. I have never had as many problems with verification as I have had on Nightrush they are incredibly thorough on verification.

The verification apparently took a long time because I didn't submit ''sufficiently good verification'' for example, when you get verified on Nightrush you have to upload all documents straight from the source such as if you upload your documents and photos of id it isn't allowed to be a copy of said photo, you have to directly upload the photos from your phone and the pictures have to be perfectly clear. I have never been asked to do that at any other casino. Some of it is partially my faultsince I didn't upload what they exactly asked for of my card, but none the less it was quite strange.At first they wanted a second ID apart from my passport but I told them I didn't have one, finally after much discussion they were able to accept it after I took a ''Face ID'' with me holding my ID next to my face which I have never had to do at any other casino ever.
This of course wouldn't have taken such a long time to do if they had been more clear about what they wanted me to do.

After 4 days of waiting and communicating back and forth on and on. I was able to make a withdrawal, however the sum of 1200 euro had diminished down to 800 eur due to the withdrawal being rollbacked every single time a verification document wasn't accepted. this means that I didn't get verified until I lost the equal amount that I had deposited and over 700 euro that I won in surplus.

..i thought. They decided to limit my maximum bet to about 300-500 Swedish kronor which is about 30-50 EUR after I won my first bet. With this pace, I have to put around 50 bets to be able to complete the bonus requirement. I have compared the terms for the bonus on many websites and I can tell there is already a high requirement (14x for sport). And with the small bet size it takes ages to play.

Can't recommend this, at least not if you want the sport bonus.
