Didn't received the price of daily Tournament winning

I’m from Bangladesh, and I’m writing to raise a complaint regarding a prize I won.


About 1.5 months ago, I achieved 1st place in a contest and won an Apple Watch Series 10. After winning, I waited for an update but did not receive any clear information.

I then contacted Melbet support by email. They asked me to confirm whether I wanted the physical prize or 11,000 promo points instead. I replied and clearly requested the promo points. However, after that response, I did not receive any further reply.

However, the current market price of the Apple Watch Series 10 is around 41,000 BDT, so I believe I should receive approximately the same amount in promo points (with minor variation). I do not understand why only 11,000 promo points are being offered. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I still have not received a proper update.

This extended waiting time and poor communication are very disappointing.

Melbet Casino- Suspicious url due to which I wish to close my account

When I realized this, I requested the closure of my account because I don't trust a URL like this at all. They asked me to send documents and photos to close my account, which I'm not going to do because I don't trust them redirecting me to URLs like this. Furthermore, this platform has slots enabled that are prohibited in my country, which makes me even more suspicious. Hello,
I tried to make a deposit on my Melbet account. The platform displayed a number to which I had to send the funds. I went to CashPlus and sent the money to that number.

After returning home to take a screenshot of the transaction, I noticed that the number on the platform had changed and was no longer the same number I sent the money to.

I attempted to contact support, but I have not received any solution so far.

I don't receive my cashout

I requested a withdrawal from my account, and it seems to have been approved, but I haven't received the money yet. They say I have to wait three hours, and I have waited, but I haven't received anything. The money transfer itself takes no more than ten seconds. I've sent several emails, but there's no response. I am filing a complaint regarding the delayed withdrawal of my funds from Melbet account **1349328963**.

1. **Amount:** The original amount is **NPR 41,000 (approx. $290 USD)**.
2. **Request Date:** I initiated the withdrawal on **October 11, 2025**, using the 'Kankai, Kathmandu' payment system.
3. **The Problem:** It has been **6 days**, and I still have not received my money.

**Details of Support Interaction:**
I have contacted Melbet Customer Support multiple times (on Oct 14th and 15th, as shown in the attachments) seeking an update. Their response is always the same: **"Hajurko request hamile sambandhit specialist lai forward garisakiyeko chhau. Kripaya thap samadhan ko lagi dhairyapurbak pratikshya garnu hola."**

**Translation:** "We have already forwarded your request to the relevant specialist. Please wait patiently for further resolution."

The support team refuses to provide a clear timeline or any useful update, forcing me into an endless waiting loop. This behavior forced me to contact unofficial agents on platforms like Telegram (screenshots also attached).

I am attaching all screenshots, including the original chat in Nepali, as proof. Please note the unhelpful, automated responses from the Melbet Operator.

I request your intervention to force Melbet to process this withdrawal immediately. Thank you.

Withdrawals not credited to my bank account

On 01/10/2025, I had requested for withdrawal of Rs.. 49000, Rs.. 50000, and Rs.. 19400 through IMPS.

The payment system showed that the payment was successfully made. I tried to raise a query, but they have insisted I wait till 48hours.

After 48 hours, I had contacted the support. They have raised the query. But the query also got reviewed, and they have provided me with UTR numbers and asked me to approach the bank.

I had checked the bank statement, but the funds have not been received.

Deposit not credited even after providing all receipts requested
Dear AskGamblers,

On 01/09/2025 at 21:25 (GMT+1), I made a deposit of 1000 MAD on Melbet using CIH Bank. The funds were never credited to my account.

That same night, on 01/09/2025 at 23:36 (GMT+1), I contacted Melbet support and provided all three receipts from my CIH Bank app showing the transfer.

On 03/09/2025, I received an email from Melbet’s support saying that I had made another deposit of 1000 MAD on 02/09/2025, which was successfully credited. They asked me to provide the receipts for that transaction as well. I complied and sent them the receipts, while clearly explaining that this was a different deposit made through Lbankalik and was indeed credited correctly. My complaint, however, concerns the 01/09/2025 deposit via CIH Bank that was never credited.

Since then, support has continued to send me the exact same template email, repeatedly asking for the receipts I have already submitted multiple times. I even asked them to specify exactly what additional proof they needed and offered to record a video from my banking apps to demonstrate the transfers. Unfortunately, they ignored this and kept repeating the same response, as if they never bothered to read my explanations.

In my experience, deposit issues can occur with any bookmaker, but what makes Melbet particularly frustrating is the extremely poor quality of their customer support. I have never encountered anything like this before.

I have attached the transfer receipts and the full email correspondence so you can see firsthand how Melbet’s support has handled this issue.
