I won 100 free spins on a tournament & went to use them, the email says I won them and says nothing at all about an expiry date.
I could not find the free spins from 2 days ago so contacted the online support.

they said my spins had expired. When I mentioned I spend a lot of money hear and have yet to ever withdraw a cent coupled with the fact nowhere on the email does it mention any expiry date, the support persons answer was "you are informed in the email of the expiry" I consider that a pretty rude response as it is basically calling me a liar.

I would rather they keep their bonus spins to themselves rather than tell me I won them and attach a hidden expiry date to them.

Support could use some instruction on trying to help in situations like this. Probably spend $800 a month here and the fact the guy refused to help me out on something so small makes me not want to spend my money there now.

10/10 For me. Firstly, by far the best customer service I have ever experienced at ANY casino, personable, friendly and patient - King Billy - should be really proud of your support staff. The casino itself has all the standard game vendors available for Aussies which is good, but for the most the platform actually seems to run faster than other casinos I with a similar outlay. Wow I have to say I am extremely surprised by this casino's professionalism and being on top of things, especially after all the hardship I have had to go through recently with other casino's.

In the bonus terms I have found no shady behavior or possibility for miscommunication or rogue behavior.

I especially wonder why Immortal Romance is restricted while a clone of the same game Finer Reels of Life is not.. I wish I could understand the reasons for why they restrict slots at all, seeing as they have an edge regardless what slot a costumer plays. I do understand it on the slots where people can gain progress they can use later with their real money, point taken and understood on that, the rest I just feel is petty, but this goes for every casino.

Two months ago I decided to try out King Billy casino and deposited 111 euro there using the first deposit bonus I beat the wagering and cashed out 3000 euro. The verification was done the same day I uploaded my documents without any problems and the withdrawal took only a few hours and the next day the money had arrived on my card. There's not many casinos that would be as happy to verify your documents and withdraw the money as quickly when you're a new customer as King Billy casino has in my opinion.

After my big win there I continued to win HUGE even on small deposits, I once deposited 16 euro and won 4800 euro and was able to withdraw it very quickly as well. Okay, so my second deposit at King Billy Casino went bust in just a few minutes! I was hoping to get Jesse and his outlaw boys with just some bullets, but experienced bounty hunters know damn well that it would be an almost impossible mission! Ah well...I was just testing my luck there, hahaha.

Well, my luck may not be good with Jesse, but with that shorty Finn Leprechaun guy...aaah...we seem to work together well! Hehehe.
