This fairly new casino, Betchan, has been getting quite a lot of exposure from members here in Askgamblers. Although their offers weren't really exciting as at some other casinos, as far as I was concerned, but I finally decided to give them a try and claim the offered 33 no-deposit free spins upon registration. I wished that 30 free spins on Starburst could be swapped for another game, but I never bothered to find out, nor asked for it. Sad to say, my deposit and the bonus money all went down the drain quite quickly, playing the game Book Of Ra Deluxe, without getting anything in return, and those free spins on Starburst ended badly as expected too.

Well, what more can I do. Betchan Casino couldn't and didn't provide me with what I had wanted or expected, so that deposit was the only one from me till this day. The 50x bonus wagering is also something that I don't like at all, being much too high when compared with other casino's offerings. I have no further interest in the other lower deposit bonus offers, and the free spins offers aren't that interesting to me either, because Fruit Shop is also not one of my favourite games. Rather than waste my money playing on games that I do not like much, I'd rather skip them totally and make my deposits elsewhere.

Honestly and at this point how I have been treated I can't find any positive sides, because I don't see this site fair.

They did a very ruthless scam to me! I deposited and immediately account disabled. No explanation given no matter how I tried. Later on showing as if I never even had account. Chat support maintained the same - I supposedly never even had account. Money gone without even having a chance to play one single game. The most outrageous and unreal experience!

They have got their license in Curacao, which means that the casino can do almost anything and the players have got very little or none influence if they are mistreated.

Betchan is a new casino which came online in 2015. They belong to the SoftSwiss group of casinos which in my opinion is one of the best groups on the market today. I say this from personal experience with countless deposits and withdrawals in every casino from this group.
