The customer service level was absolutely terrible. There are no Native English speakers on their team. Their Banks Transfer Withdrawal form makes no sense. They ask for the BSB and Account Numbers to be put in a single line on a single field. Which just makes it an entire series of numbers and they assured me that it would not fail though I think it will.

I asked them how long it takes to process withdrawals. They said the status would be approved when the money reaches my account, which makes no sense. They still do not fully understand the question.

There is no way to escalate any complaints or questions. The general support staff know very little about the casino and its processes. It is impossible to contact the banking team. There is no telephone number. I highly doubt I am going to receive this withdrawal.

Also the blackjack games are really strange and give multiple errors and winning outcome is very much in favor of the dealer. Also they promise specific bonusses and cash back but than you suddenly get much less than you should with some excuse and also the cash back has wagering requirements which is really strange.

As for the welcome bonus, i loved the fact that i got the bonus straight after i made my first deposit, no bonus code needed or anything.

As my own experience, i made a 25 euro deposit and managed to get 1100 euro on my account wich i could cashout.

The withdrawal process looked kinda shady at first.
