I am struggling to receive my withdrawal. First I received an email saying my bank blocked the payment, I've never had problems with my bank doing this.
Then they suggested to make a small deposit with neteller or skrill, but now those options aren't available on the deposit page.
Said all this on the live chat, didn't get a response, and the chat closed down... not happy.

I just wanted to do a quick follow up to my last review. To recap, this casino is a pretty good place to play at. Support is always nice and courteous. Also have some good bonuses including Free Spins Friday. Although I'm not sure why they say you can win up to 50 Free Spins because I have never won more than 10 at a time in the 3 years I have played here. There are only two things I wanted to bring up. The first is I would love to see some new slot providers that I could play. Like Saucify, Octopus, and Platipus.

The second issue is the slow loading time for the casino. It seems every time I open the casino on my browser it loads a bit slow. It even says "this website is loading slower than usual". Maybe a better hosting provider or more band with is needed to operate the platform.

They need to work on their bitcoin processing center to be quicker, lately I’ve noticed it takes longer to deposit bitcoin in your casino than it is to cash out. It may be my internet as well but I’ve noticed the site has been slow at loading.
