Betchain casino was a casino I explored only recently. I had heard their name many times before, but never played there just because they are a casino that uses bitcoin currency and I still find that difficult and confusing. They are powered by Betsoft and few other softwares, and lately I've been playing Betsoft games a lot, so when I found a no deposit bonus code for new players, I was eager to try my luck there.

I signed up and then I had to tell the no deposit code to support, to get this bonus. It was late in the night, and the live support wasn't available, so I wrote them an email regarding this matter. The next day I received a very polite and welcoming email, saying that I have been credited with 10mbit. Of course the amount wasn't very big, in euros it was around 4€, but still free is free. The wagering requirements were 30x, which was a very reasonable amount for a no deposit bonus.

I got few free spins rounds as well but none of them paid me more than 20x bet. I played for about half an hour, at some point my balance was up to 25mbit, but eventually I started to get dead spins that led me to an empty balance.

There is no one available on chat and although I have emailed each day for the past 3 days asking for deposit limit firstly and then, subsequently to close account, I have had not one single reply.
