They limit the visa cards you can withdraw to in Australia, nowhere in their entire site do they list the banks you cannot withdraw to, only upon having a withdrawal declined do they bother to tell you. I'm now forced to (at the request of their support) open another bank account just so I can withdraw my money. This information should be front and centre as it would've stopped me from depositing and now having to waste 2 weeks waiting for a new bank card to arrive.
They also show to offer fiat to btc withdrawal on their withdrawal page, but actually don't support it at all causing confusion.
If your withdrawal is denied for some reason they will not tell you why information in the email, you have to reach out to them to figure out why, just a completely unnecessary step.

Relativelly fast payouts (not as fast as they write on the website though, it usually takes 1 business day to process).

I decided to joyn do to the feedback from this site, and I was not diseapointed. A lot of games, and a lot of providers. Found myself a few new favorites.
