Hello, i have made 2 withdrawalls one of $2000 Canadian more then 10 days ago and another one 7 days ago for the amount of $3000.00, i have not yet received any withdrawall, i gave them screenshots of my 2 bank accounts one is the national bank and the other is scotia bank for proof i never received the money, i have received 2 password for when i receive the email to deposit the money in my bank account, the problem is i never received the email request, i have been talking to chat every day since last week the only thing they are saying is that is has been sent from there part and they say to verify with my bank wich i did and my bank never received the request for the withdrawall. what am i supposed to do there is no resolution that is been taken, this morning i have talked to chat and now i see i do not have the chat button anymore, i doubpt i will receive my money can you please help me my email address is: [email protected]
