Not able to request payment withdrawal

There is something really fishy about Webby slot and I am quite surprised that it is listed as 'certified' with a very good rank and reviews. Before I found out about the fishiness, I decided to open an account and take the bonus offer based on what I read about the casino here. So I deposited $50 and got the 100% bonus at 40 times bonus amount ($2000 wagering requirement). Bearing in mind all the terms including $1 max bet and a list of restricted games I managed after many hours to clear the wagering req. and ended up with $375.5 real money balance. I didn't touch the free spins then.
I requested a withdrawal to my e-wallet (same which I deposited from) of $375. It was submitted but after going back to the home page I noticed the amount listed near to my profile as $375.5, I once again attempted the same withdrawal and got the message that my balance was insufficient so I assumed all went well the first time. I did ensure that the bonus was completely cleared.
I decided to check out the free spins, got 20 and ended up with $1.24. Now when I checked the wagering on it I noticed that $2000 was added to the new amount of $49.6 (1.24*40) and it states total wagering: 2000/2049.6. What is the $2000 which was completely cleared before playing the free spins doing there and I noticed that my balance now stood at $376.74! I got on to live chat to enquire about my withdrawal and was informed that I needed to submit certain documents so I informed the agent that I didn't receive any email or notifications about this. Although I told her that I didn't have a problem with submitting my documents (passport info and e-wallet screenshot requested) she still kept going on and on about the terms. I told her I mentioned it because I didn't receive any email request for docs. then she wrote that they request it after players cancel their withdrawal; this makes no sense (I have pics of the chat). Within minutes I submitted my docs. then got an email that my withdrawal was rejected with no reasons provided. When queried on chat, the agent said it was automatic and I should check my profile. Here I saw that it was rejected because I had to verify my account although the documents were pending verification! I think my withdrawal request should have been pending. So I got on to chat again, no help whatsoever. When I enquired about my wagering being at 98% completed and the $2000 added to the wagering of my free spins the agent said I should cancel the bonus and insisted that my real money was $375.5 and bonus amount at $1.24 but I was weary about doing this due to the 'beating around the bush' from her and being unable to even get my withdrawal request submitted. About an hour later I got an email that my documents were accepted and my account verified. I once again attempted to make a withdrawal of $375 of my real money balance and got a ridiculous message about awaiting current withdrawal limits when I can clearly see min: 20$; max: 4000$ (shot attached, saw it a few times). Gosh, $375 is chicken feed, yet this casino is acting greedy, corrupt and trying not to pay up. To make a long story short about this sketchy outfit before I end up typing pages about my experience with Webby slot...I need my perfectly legitimate and hard won real money winnings to be processed. I submitted the necessary docs, followed all the rules now pay up Webby slot!

I am glad that Webby slot has chosen to respond to my complaint and I must mention that I honestly enjoyed playing at this casino due to its huge selection of online slots which includes all of my favourites. However, the thing that all gamblers look toward to is being able to withdraw their winnings. So I completely cleared the 100% bonus first and my remaining balance of $375.5 was turned into real money before I begun the free spins. By the way, the amount that needed to be wagered on the free spins winnings was quite low ($49. something) and I could have easily wagered that if I had chosen with lots of real money left over to be withdraw but I chose to stop playing after I noticed that I was having difficulties with the withdrawal process although the agent assured me that I could have withdrawn my real money balance. Even after my documents were verified I tried several times to withdraw my real money balance to my e-wallet but was unable to do this and got this message: ' Error occurred during the withdrawal process Awaiting limits information. Please try again later, as we are still awaiting information of the current withdrawal limits'. On the widrawal form I can clearly see the minimum being $20 and maximum: $4000. I tried again on Tuesday got the same message and even informed the agent about it. I don't know if this is a problem that Webby slot is unaware of but I have screenshots of it.
Right now all I want from Webby slot is for my real money balance to be withdrawn from the casino and deposited to my e-wallet. I am complaining here because I really got no help from the casino with facilitating my withdrawal even after my documents were verified.

I don't know if you can help me but my friend told me to file a complaint here cause we thing something's wrong here on Webby Slot.

Who am I - a guy who plays mostly table tennis and I've played there for a week - deposited twice 1. 800PLN 2.1200PLN, first on 06.05, second on 08.05. I've played there for that time and on 10.05 I've tried to withdraw 5741PLN which has been rejected - Triple deposit wagering is required (394 PLN bets left) - so I've played few more bets and on the same day 10.05 I have made second withdrawal request for 7461PLN and I wait from that day with constant talk on live chat and stupid answers about provider checking me so it's not their fault. I can't stand it any longer. I've even deposited third time low amount 500PLN on 12.05 to play bit more but I stopped on 1726PLN in balance on my account - didn't make second request cause I don't want any more ways for them to delay or decline me.

They are telling me that on their site withdrawals over 1k euro are up to 72h... Yeah, well...

Withdrawal declined due to alleged violation of terms accusations

I do not have duplicate account. I heard about this casino first time the same time I registered to there. And I dont understand how can I abuse their casino bonuses, while I was playing their welcomebonuses. I have no clue why they say I have duplicate account etcetc.

Unfairly removed €160 of winnings after cancelling fully lost bonus

and i played and loss the money... and 81 percent wagering i finished.
