Dear Askgambler team,

i made a deposit in webby slot of 50 euro on 13.04.2019.
And took 100 percent bonus of 50 euro...

and i played and loss the money... and 81 percent wagering i finished.

then i reach the level in webby slots casino they use phase (phase 1) i reach then they credited to me 180 free spins for betsoft slots.....

daily 30 spins they are credited...

today 17.04.2019 i got 30 free spins and i play betsoft slot Magic Shoppe slot and won 20 euros....
and for 20 euros the wagering is 1984 euros...

then i play pragmatic play extra juicy slot and my balance goes to 160 euros...

then i got two wagerings...

one is phase 1 free spins wagering.

and

one is for first deposit bonus that i loss all the money and the wagering was not completed but still it was available to wager. but i think my first deposit welcome bonus wagering is no use because there is not a 1 cent available.. thats why i cancel my first depisit bonus wagering because there was no bonus money....

when i cancel my welcome bonus wagering suddenly its dissappeared my balance of 160 its showing 1 euro only ...

then i chat with the agent they told me if cancel any bonus all the bonuses will be cancelled....

i checked their all terms and conditions there is not written anywhere like if cancel any bonus all the bonuses is cancelled...

i check their terms twice not a single place written that if cancel any bonus and all the bonus will be cancelled...

and if they cancel my bonus then why still wagering requirement available for free spins in my account and 1 euro also available..

if there is one bonus cancel why they left me 1 dollar then they should remove all money and my account balance should be zero...

i attach the file below..
i chat with their agents they dont know their own casino terms...

i want my bonus money back..

and i hope someone senior and professional person from webby slot casino solve this issue....

even their chats peoples dont know anything... i asking something they telling something.

plz askgambler team help me for this issue..
