two weeks ago Webbyslot restricted access to their website for players from my location.
A few days later I received this email:

If you have any available funds, please contact support@webbyslot.com.
We appreciate the time we spent together, but unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye.
Take care!"
So I immediately send an email and asked for a payout of my remaining balance (3,932.67 EUR). I also submitted my documents, bank details, bank statements and other stuff they asked for.
Since then, they have been delaying the payout. They say they have to do "additional checkings" and that the whole process would take "a bit longer." Whenever I ask for an update they say that I should just "wait a little longer".
Meanwhile I read on the biggest German-speaking betting platform that other customers already received their money a week ago.
I can't accept that they keep delaying my payout while other customers have already been paid a long time ago.
I hope AskGamblers can assist to help me receive my funds.
