Delayed payment of €1500
I made a withdraw of 1500 euros on 2021-01-10. Withdrawal procedure is 24 bussines hours ( 3 days) what’s stated in casino’s own terms and conditions about withdrawal policy and procedure. Today 2021-01-14 is 4th day of bussines, and i still don't recieve my withdraw. Everytime I ask live support, they say different information and promise to ask financial department, and ask me to be patient. Some of support members yesterday told me that I will recieve it in few hours, but still nothing, also I did not get any information about whats going on. I also have more 5500 euros winnings in my account, and I'm very concerned about cashing money out, because casino I guess trying to delay cashing out process and try make me loose my money or just can't pay me these winnings. I invest a lot of my time and effort to win this money, but casino is reallly doing not well. All support members say different information, thats really annoying. I would like to raise a complaint, because they are stating differently in their terms of withdraw.
