Hello, I put in a request for withdrawal a week ago and was repeatedly informed by live chat on Robocat.com that my withdrawal was being processed and would be complete within 3 days however I have found this morning my withdrawal has been cancelled.
I went back to live chat to obtain a reason as to why it was cancelled and was not given a reason but instead told to just try and withdraw it again.
I have read online that this is common practice with this casino and I do not want to fall victim to this illegal practice.
