Hi, I recently joined pokerstars around the end of March, about 6 weeks ago, deposited a few hundred pounds and had no issues playing. Then a few days after, my account was blocked and received no communication as to why and my remaining money (around £100) was left on my account which i could not retrieve. I eventually received an email telling me to send in my ID to verify the account, which i did. I have now been waiting several weeks and had no response from them. I have sent around 50 emails, sent twitter messages and also completed the 'contact form' on the website. I am now at a loss of what to do and want my money back! they have no phone number either so i'm stuck as to what i can do and who i can raise this issue to?
