After reviewing your case, we see that your account was closed as a duplicate of another account ‘seets1985’, your main account. and we requested documents to verify your account, which were received and accepted.
The funds from your deposit, together with 35000 play chips, were transferred to your main account, on 29-04-2020.
Please understand that we allow only 1 account per player, as mentioned in our Terms of Service, under point 10 Security and Your Account:

We see that afterwards, you have played and made transactions on your account, and on 14-05-2020, we closed your main account, as per your request in our live chat.
