I have been frozen out of my PokerStars account for over 2 weeks now without any correspondence back from them about how to unfreeze my account. I have emailed three times asking what documents I need to send (if any) so that I can speed up the process but yet no response.
I made my first deposit with them to get some bonuses and then since been frozen out and now I'm worried that 1. I won't be able to access my money again and 2. if I do, I have lost my bonuses for depositing.
Please can someone help me and advise me what is the next step to resolving this.
