Delaying and stalling payment
I won at this casino on friday may 31st i sent my documents the same day at 9:30 am i kept asking live support about my documents and they just kept saying ..did you send them? then they asked me to cancel my withdrawal and they offered me 50% in bonus money if i loose it all i refused there offer . by monday i received an email stating my utility bill was wrong format so i resent right away and kept asking live chat about it and kept being told tomorrow or another again would say that they still want the utility bill finally from bugging them they told me they have it its now day 7 and support hasn't sent me a email stating my documents are verified live chat just keeps telling me my withdraw will be tomorrow every day tomorrow i have 800 waiting for withdraw
