On 19/09/2025 I deposited funds of -+ €100 on the Chancer.bet site but until now on 05/10/2025 I feel I have not received any increase in my gaming account balance or even any clarity regarding the refund. I've also argued with chancer.bet staff who handle email complaints, but it turns out they're all the same scammers. Never bet there if you don't want to suffer the same fate as me.

Thank you for your patience. We can confirm that your case has already been reviewed and fully resolved. The deposit in question was refunded three days ago to the same payment method originally used for the transaction.

We have additionally communicated this to the player at the time of the refund. If either party would like to verify the refund, we are happy to provide the transaction hash or payment confirmation privately upon request.
