Withdrawal of 200 euros pending for over 5 days now support not helpful
My withdrawal at chancer has been pending for 5 days. This far exceeds their terms. I have tried to engage with chat but either the support just keeps typing and never sends what they are saying (site glitch) or they give me the same copy and paste responses. Two days in a row an agent has said they are 'working on it as we speak', The withdrawal is LTC crypto and does not take 5 days.
I am fully verified, had a few withdrawals before (in 48 hours). So I don't know what the issue is.
The amount is 200 euros, no bonus, deposited with LTC and withdrawn with the same amount, only I use my account on my personal mini pc. I fear the casino is either having money troubles or a glitch with their system. But without them working with me to resolve it/communicating my suspicions are raised.
