I have registered in this casino and claimed the first deposit bonus. Upon proceeding to play the games I was shocked that 99 percent of the games and in all providers, were restricted/ locked from bonus wagering. According to their T&C's, the only restricted games on bonus wagering are table games and all games from "3 Oaks" provider. This casino does not follow their bonus T&C's, advertising falsely and delivering incomplete product. Their chat support gave me a long run around, trying to blame it on VPN issues and games not available in my country which is a lie. Country restriction pop up is different than pop up saying game blocked due to active bonus - they think I am stupid...And I never had such problem anywhere else! Despite them saying they will escalate it further including a refund if not corrected, nobody ever got back to me.
I was left with 2400 euro wager on just 108 games out of over 3000 ( many of them with min.bet of 0.50 or 1 euro- surprise, surprise!), that should have been available. Of course I lost, (that was the point)and deleted my account. But at least I will share this terrible experience everywhere I can to make people aware of their crooked ways! Stay well away!
