I withdraw money in 1xbet account on 26-11-2024 but not credited till now they are showing we have paid and giving reference no. And not credited to my account they are asking for letter from bank but bank denied that we can't give you any letter without detail of the sender details .I have send my account statement multiple time but no response from the 1xbet.
