I am experiencing a serious issue with withdrawing my funds. Every time I try to withdraw, the system asks me to enter a verification code sent to my phone number. Unfortunately, I never receive the SMS code, which makes it impossible for me to access my money.
The balance on my account is currently 6,580.55 DZD, and I urgently need to withdraw it. I already contacted 1xBet support multiple times, but they only send me automated replies without solving my issue.
I request the removal of the phone number verification or another way to receive the withdrawal code (for example via email), so that I can access my funds.

I would like to add an important clarification.
Sometimes I do receive the SMS code, but whenever I try to withdraw, the request is rejected with the message:
“Declined by operator (Technical difficulties #03 - please try again later).”
I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal attempts showing the rejection.
This proves that the issue is still ongoing and prevents me from withdrawing my funds, even though I can log in normally.
