I have been trying for 2 days to test out the withdrawal function on the 1xbet app and I cannot receive the sms code to do so. I tried contacting 1xbet tech support and they keep saying that the issue is on my end and I should try taking out the sim card and placing it onto another phone to receive sms or rebooting the phone. I still cannot receive sms after doing all these measures and when I contacted 1xbet again, they refuse to assist me any further. I am requesting 1xbet to call me back immediately and provide a withdrawal code via the phone so that I can withdraw my money. I just want to withdraw a small portion of my money to test out the withdrawal function but if this issue persists, I will withdraw all my money and close out the account entirely.
