I am writing to formally file a complaint against 1xbet regarding a significant delay in processing my withdrawal request due to verification issues.

On 26 December, I initiated a withdrawal request, which was acknowledged by the casino. Shortly after, their security department requested specific documents for verification purposes. I promptly provided all requested documents on. However, it has now been four days since I submitted the documents, and I have not received any updates or responses from the casino.
Despite my attempts to follow up, they continue to delay the process, leaving me unable to access my funds. This lack of communication and transparency is highly unprofessional and frustrating. I have fulfilled all requirements on my end and simply want my withdrawal processed without further delays.
