I kept on sending these via email but they kept asking again n again for the same things on calls, chat as well as email.
At first they started a payment query of my deposit with a tracking id but that also closed in some hours. After that another chat support representative said wr have highlighted you issue amd you will receive another tracking id of this issue but that also hasn't been done yet.
