I deposited an amount of Indian 600rs, it was not credited now for 3 days,
I made the payment on the first day it was not credited and they said it would be deposited in 2 hours and contact them back in 2 hours if not deposited, then it was still not credited. After that they created a Ticket for me..and after waiting for 12 hours the ticket changed saying to create the same deposit request using the same method, I did and it said the deposit request was being processed...when I did it turned into In progress.
After a few hours it turned back to make a deposit request I called customer care and they said I didn't make a deposit request, that was the rudest customer care was always ready to hang up and didn't even want to listen to my problem.
After that, I made it again and now it's stuck on In progress for more than 24 hours, and the customer care will just say we are processing and it will be done in 2-3 hours and it doesn't just happen.
Now it's stuck in the process for 2 days
