I am filing this complaint regarding my pending withdrawal with 1xBet.
I requested a withdrawal of ₹1,000 from my 1xBet account on April 30, 2025, at 01:33 AM. Since then, the withdrawal has not been processed, and the money has not reached my account. I have contacted 1xBet’s customer support multiple times via live chat and phone, but each time I am only given vague excuses such as “the system is not working” or “please wait,” without any proper update or resolution.
My account on 1xBet is fully verified, and I have met all the requirements for the withdrawal, including any necessary wagering conditions. I have also confirmed that my withdrawal details are correct. Despite this, it has now been over 24 hours, and there is still no sign of the withdrawal being processed.
I have asked their support team for clarification, but they have failed to provide any clear reason for the delay or a timeline for when the funds will be released. This lack of transparency and poor communication is highly unprofessional and frustrating.
I am now requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue. I kindly ask 1xBet to process my ₹1,000 withdrawal immediately and provide a clear explanation for the delay. I also request a guarantee that this type of issue will not happen again in the future.
I am attaching screenshots of my withdrawal request, chat conversations with support, and any relevant transaction IDs to help with the investigation.
