I've been a member for about a year or so and apart from the VERY low withdrawal limits, i haven't really had any complaints... until now. I tried to log into my account just to have an error message appear saying my account is not activated. I contacted live chat and they said that my account had been 'temporarily blocked' and that if i wanted more info i'd have to email support. I did so and a week later they still have not bothered to reply, my account is still blocked and i have had no warning or contact from anybody at all!
