Hallo, ich habe Probleme mit diesem Casino, die mir einfach die Auszahlung meines Gewinns verweigern, bzw. nicht abschliessen.

In den Zahlungsbedingungen der Seite steht das es bei Auszahlungen auf eWallets wie Mifinity keine Transaktionsdauer gibt, "instant transfer". Nun warte ich schon seit über 10 Tagen dass mir mein Geld ausgezahlt wird. Können Sie mir helfen, ich habe das Gefühl es handelt sich um ein Betrugscasino, evtl kann man die Glücksspielbehörde informieren . Wie soll ich dagegen vorgehen?

I have used this site many times before and have had no issues. This time I have been waiting almost two weeks for my documents to be verified. And my withdraw to be processed.

I have made many attempts to contact the casino with no luck. I have deleted and re up loaded documents to try and get the system working but nothing has happened it just keeps rejecting since they need to update my verification but they have not done anything or responded.

At first, I thought it was my email address was wrong that I have put limits on my account off and on while I have been waiting which has no effect on the process I’ve done it 100xs before with no issues. I get emails about my limits being set but when I email support I get a return message saying the inbox is full. When I contact directly off the site I get absolutely no response. Ever.

Started out with 200 withdrawal and thought maybe I just needed to play more almost like a wager amount but still nothing.

My first initial withdraw was March 24th approx. it has been rejected over and over again ever since.

Hello. I have tried making a withdrawal request several times now (with the same method I used to deposit) but they keep getting declined. I have submitted all my documents for verification but they don't seem to get processed. I have sent 2 support emails to try and solve this but have not gotten a response.

What is also quite odd is that I never got the welcome email sent to me. I know that I used the correct email (in fact I checked multiple times). I haven't actually received any email from Greenspin since the creation of my account. On top of this, my phone number suffers from the same issue as the verification code isn't arriving no matter how many times I try.

My balance is currently showing as "withdrawable" but I can't seem to make the withdrawal so I would just like to get this resolved.

Hi Askgambler team, I found this casino on askgambler with good reviews and fast payout 0-5hours. But this casino not following anything they mention on their website. I received an e mail from Greenspin casino offering me 300 free spins in 3 different games up to my choice for minimum deposit of 20 USD.
