Hi. I won 4000£ on zodiac casino and withdrawn it to PayPal but suddenly my account after verification got reset and I don’t see any transactions. My loyalty rewards are gone as well. I’ve wagered entire amount needed in order to withdraw winnings. I have screenshot from withdrawal and bank statement from deposit.

The player will need to either correspond with the relevant department or contact the ADR. You're welcome to mark this complaint however you see fit.
I’ve spoken with relevant team and they claimed in the morning that my withdrawal was processed and will be paid with the next payment batch. So far I didn’t receive the withdrawal
