Hi. I won 4000£ on zodiac casino and withdrawn it to PayPal but suddenly my account after verification got reset and I don’t see any transactions. My loyalty rewards are gone as well. I’ve wagered entire amount needed in order to withdraw winnings. I have screenshot from withdrawal and bank statement from deposit.

I still haven’t heard anything from relevant team. The only Mail I’ve received from them was deposit offer.

Ask Gamblers - the second a player threatens legal action, any complaint here is dead in the water because I am no longer able to deal with it - our internal complaints team will need to. The player will need to either correspond with the relevant department or contact the ADR. You're welcome to mark this complaint however you see fit.

I’ve spoken with relevant team and they claimed in the morning that my withdrawal was processed and will be paid with the next payment batch. So far I didn’t receive the withdrawal

Ok I got finally paid entire sum. You can close this complaint. It’s resolved. Thanks everyone.
