Withdrawals still pending after weeks of waiting

I just want to complain about this site. They are not responding to my every email. I requested my withdrawal last May 15. But until now I haven't received it yet.

I thought this is a trusted site coz they have good feedbacks in other trusted sites.

Hope they will settle this. I am begging to response on this matter. I want my money back to sustain our family needs.

ZigZag777 casino is giving a run around tactic to process my 60 euro withdrawal in the last 5 days! Though my withdrawal amount is 60 euro, they took away 10 euro from my account and then left 50 euro to withdraw. I want to receive 60 euro but they are not processing where it's still pending and support agents give no time frame when they will process my withdrawal! Could you help me regarding this issue please?

I asked for withdrawal from ZigZag more than 3 weeks ago. Exactly on the 2nd December.

The amount was 400 euro. Every time when I go to the chat they are talking like you will get money soon. We are support not payment team etc. I don't know what to do. I think that it is not a super big amount but I want my money back.

My account has been fully verified. Is there more people which doesn't get money from this company?

I was playing there in the past and they were paying normal but now ...

What is the problem to make bitcoin payments in 1 or 2 days?

Zigzag company looks like they are insolvent. Be careful if you want to deposit here.

Good day people, long story short, I have a total balance of 1382 euros won at ZigZag777 casino, my account verified and two withdrawals (500 each) pending, first one from June and the second from July. I think I gave them enough time to pay my winnings but every time I talk to player support they keep telling me that a new request was made to finance department from my behalf. Sadly, I would like to ask your help with regard to my withdrawals.

I have requested 3 USDT withdrawals from ZigZag777 Casino on 16th September.

After multiple daily chasers to support and finance teams the only response I have been getting is that the withdrawals are pending due to high volumes.

Oddly, they processed one test withdrawal of 20 euros right away, but none of the higher amounts I requested.

My account was verified, the USDTT wallet was verified, but still no ETA from the finance team on the withdrawals.

Can I please get you to investigate and find out the reason for the delay?

On their website, it is stated that they process withdrawals within 24 hours.

It has been 6 days, 4 working days already and not processed as yet.

This is unacceptable and never experienced such delays with other Casinos.

I requested 3x500 euros SKRILL withdrawals since more than one week (requests made on 19.04) and still no process from their side or any explanation why it takes so long. From what I saw here, this issue is pretty common from their side. In their terms and conditions, it says that a withdrawal request should take around 24/48 hours to process.

I specify that my account and withdrawal method are fully verified and confirmed by their chat help.

I requested 1000EUR withdrawal to my card on 17 jan 2021 (79 days ago), but until today it is still not processed and shown as pending on casino site. All payment details are usual - same card I used many times to deposit and to withdraw before.

When I contact support I always get the same answer "We will forward your request to the Financial Department to withdraw your winnings as fast as we can. Please wait a little more." 

I can not wait much more than 79 days at this point so i'd like to have my withdrawal paid by zigzag777 according to zigzag777.com T&C 9.9.2 "within 48 hours."

Some time ago, I registered using your link in this casino. I first lost a certain amount, and then won. I requested money for withdrawal and waited.

A week later, I contacted chat and was asked to wait a bit. OK, I waited another week and contacted the chat again. I was again told that there were some minor problems and that I would have to wait. It's been more than a month, and I haven't received any money.

It seems to me that this casino is fraudulent. Please help me in solving this issue. I am sending you a screenshot of the payment request that I made a month and a half ago. I believe that this is sufficient to prove fraud. I can not provide a chat with the operator, since they do not send a transcription to the mail.
